I had a fantastic experience with this office while visiting from out of town. I was actually referred here by another office that Samantha also manages, and somehow she once again made the impossible happen. She worked her scheduling magic and managed to get me in to see the endodontist, Dr. Saro Oknaian, even though his schedule was extremely busy. I honestly don't know how she does it, but I'm so grateful she made it happen. Samantha truly went above and beyond for me - without her determination and kindness, l honestly don't think I would have been able to get the care I needed so quickly. She was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and made what felt like a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I was very nervous about needing a root canal, but Dr. Saro Oknaian was truly exceptional. From the moment he walked in, his calm and confident demeanor immediately helped put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered my questions patiently, which made a huge difference for someone as anxious as l was. You can tell he is incredibly skilled and experienced - the procedure was smooth, efficient, and far more comfortable than I ever expected. It's very clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better specialist to handle something I was so nervous about. I also want to mention the wonderful assistant who was helping him during the procedure (I'm so sorry I forgot his name!). He mentioned he was originally from Hawail and he was amazing at calming my nerves. At one point he was even holding my hand and reassuring me - which honestly felt like the VIP version of dental care. If every dental office had a calming "assistant from Hawaii," I think a lot more people would look forward to dental visits! The whole team turned what could have been a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. Huge thank you to Samantha for once again making the impossible happen (I swear she has superpowers!) and to Dr. Oknaian and his team for taking such great care of me. If every dental experience were like this, no one would ever be afraid of going to the dentist!

Finally! A team I can trust! I haven’t been to the dentist in 8-9 years so I have been nervous for years as to what kind of work I’d need done. Dr. Ligon’s team is AMAZING. Doc, Mark, and Summer were thorough, communicative, and above all, made the experience a calming and gentle one. I wish I could qualify their service as 10 stars! Thank you, Maryland Parkway Smiles!

The staff: Linda, Lianne, Mark and Vanessa were so very kind, clear and concise in their explanation of benefits, taking X-rays, cleaning my teeth. So very attentive and professional in their dental treatment. Dr. Ligon is an exceptional dentist. He was thorough with the examination and so very patient and understanding. The whole team was so very cohesive and made my appointment very pleasurable. That is rare for a dental visit
