You Break Through

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Linda, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made the check-in process quick and easy and was always patient and helpful with any questions I had. Angela, the orthodontist, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of my treatment. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and truly showed that she cares about her patients. Linda and Angela are a fantastic team, and their hard work, professionalism, and dedication really stand out. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care. Dr. Ligon and his team have all been so kind and patient with my case. I’m getting my two front crowns done. I’ve had a lot of trauma to my left front tooth, which has given me a lot of anxiety about it. I consulted with another dentist before this, and he made me feel so small for wanting to explain my fears given everything that tooth has been through. Speaking with Dr. Ligon was completely different. He was so kind to take the time to hear me out, and he assured me that if I’m patient with the process, he’s going to keep trying until I’m happy. And he’s kept his word. We haven’t crossed the finish line yet, but I felt the need to leave this review now because he and his team have been so kind and supportive. I truly believe they want me happy more than they want a closed case. I wanted to leave this as a small gesture of my appreciation. Update! I got my front crowns and they look great and natural. I already referred my nail girl to get her crowns done here. Thank you again Dr. Ligon and team!

This team is amazing from the front office, techs and doctors. Dr. Richardson was incredible, very gentle and great patient care. I had a traumatic dental experience in the past and was having trouble finding a new dentist. I am thrilled to say I found my dental home! Highly recommend!!
